When contestants from every state of India walked the ramp in stunning outfits, the evening at Zee Studio became a spectacular celebration of glamour, talent, and confidence. The event marked the Forever Miss India 2025 Grand Finale Season 5, organized by Forever Star India, showcasing exceptional creativity and poise. Niharika Betanpalli from Karnataka was crowned Forever Miss India 2025, while Triya Singh from Uttar Pradesh earned the title of First Runner-Up, and Priyanshi Raj Singh from Uttarakhand was declared Second Runner-Up.

The Forever Miss India State 2025 winners represented talent from across the country, including Vaibhavi Rai (Uttar Pradesh), Shineka Manivannan (Tamil Nadu), Pallavi Kumari (Bihar), Poonam Mahra (Jharkhand), Ayushi Dhengula (Telangana), Pratiksha Naskar (Maharashtra), Sutariya Nivedi Jitendrabhai (Gujarat), Archana Prasad (Kerala), Harleen Kaur Bagga (Madhya Pradesh), Simran Tomar (Delhi), Gamana Sathwika (Andhra Pradesh), Sunita Bai (Odisha), Prastuti Baruah (Assam), Natasha Middha (Rajasthan), and Sandhya Linga (Karnataka). Runner-Up titles included Jayanti Kumari (Jharkhand), Shivani Rambhau Suryavanshi (Maharashtra), Deepika Nandini (Andhra Pradesh), Rashmi Arya (Uttar Pradesh Second Runner-Up), Anshika Gupta (Uttar Pradesh First Runner-Up), and Nikita Ambilpur (Telangana Runner-Up).

Founder Rajesh Agarwal stated that Forever Star India is unique in providing participants with comprehensive training, enabling them to excel not only in fashion and glamour but also in professional pursuits. Each contestant receives a unique digital ID, promoted by digital experts to secure top Google rankings, enhancing visibility and credibility.
Creative Direction and Styling
The choreography and direction were led by renowned choreographer Shie Lobo, supported by Uttam Bhagat, Veenu Mishra, and supermodel Parul Mishra. International designers such as Sadiq Raza, Prashant Majumdar, Vishnu, Ashfaq Khan, Arif Khan, and Ranu Beniwal styled the models in breathtaking ensembles. Makeup and makeovers were expertly handled by Yugal Dubey, Badal, Meenakshi Sharma, Mandakini, and Atithi Kesharwani from Lakmé Academy Jaipur, with special appearances by Zinat Bano (Zinnatiya) and Saniya Ali (Makeup by Saniya Ali).
