For 22 years, Dr. Manisha Soin has been the doctor many women in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, turn to when they need someone who will actually listen. She is a Ayurvedic gynecologist and Panchakarma specialist, and she plans each patient’s care around that person’s own health history and circumstances.
But her days aren’t spent only in the clinic. She donates blood, joins cleanliness drives, and gives her time to several community groups. This year, Forever Star India Awards honoured her with the Super Woman Award 2026 for her work in healthcare and for the community.
Who is Dr Manisha Soin
Dr. Manisha is the Ayurvedic gynecologist based in Satna. Her qualifications include a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), a D.Pharma, and a Certificate in Gynecology and Obstetrics (CGO). She also has specialised training in Panchakarma. Her practice covers Panchakarma, infertility care, and antenatal care.
Two decades of Working For Women Healthcare
Good women’s healthcare isn’t only about treating a condition. It’s about hearing what a patient is worried about, understanding what she’s been through, and helping her make her own informed choices. That’s the approach Dr. Manisha has followed through 22 years of seeing women at different stages of life.
She also tries to keep care within reach for local families. Every Sunday she runs a free Garbh Sanskar session, and she offers free consultations as well.
Supporting Women with Fertility Challenges
Struggling to conceive can be emotionally draining, for women and for couples. Dr. Manisha offers an Ayurvedic approach to fertility concerns, shaping her guidance around each patient’s health history and individual needs.
Panchakarma Treatment
After completing specialised training in Panchakarma, she now uses these Ayurvedic methods in her patient care when they suit the case. Combined with her years of clinical experience, this training shapes how she treats patients who come to her for Ayurvedic healthcare.
Guidance for Pregnant Women
Pregnancy is a major chapter in a woman’s life, and good guidance matters at every step. Dr. Manisha provides antenatal care, supporting mothers through their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Education
Her path has combined hands-on practice with continued learning. She completed a Certificate Course in Panchakarma at Samadhan Hospital in Nagpur, her CGO at Inamdar College in Pune, and her D.Pharma at Ramakrishna College in Satna.
Service beyond the clinic
For Dr. Manisha, community involvement is just as important as medicine. She is a socially active person who is associated with the LYNESS Club and is currently an Area Officer there. She also manages the Giants Group Saheli in Satna and is affiliated with FTS Van Bandhu Parishad, which supports rural and tribal communities. She also visits old age homes whenever she gets time from her hospital and patients.
Blood donation is a cause especially close to her heart. She has donated voluntarily 28 times and encourages others to do the same. She also backs efforts to keep Satna clean, from promoting less plastic use to joining park-cleaning drives.
